When you purchase a service from the Company, we provide an estimate of delivery timeline. Timelines are provided as estimates and are subject to the following:
- Timelines are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Timelines begin upon receipt of payment and all necessary information from you.
- Timelines pause if we are awaiting client input, decisions, or additional information needed to complete the service.
- Complex or custom services may have longer timelines. Specific timelines for your service will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary information and assets promptly;
- Respond to requests for clarification or feedback within a reasonable timeframe;
- Make timely decisions when required to move the project forward.
Revisions & Changes
Included revisions are outlined in your service description. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur additional fees. Change requests that significantly alter the scope may extend timelines.
Quality Assurance
We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets our standards. If you identify an issue with the deliverable, please notify us promptly so we can address it.
